Goods shipped into Kenya will be paid upon delivery via our PayBill or Bank Transfer.
Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT cash payments!

Exported goods will be invoiced and paid before dispatch via our PayBill or Bank Transfer once we have received your goods at our warehouse and confirmed the weight and dimensions.

By default, goods are insured upto $100. If you need additional coverage for higher value shipments, you can purchase at 3% of the value of your goods and notify us prior to shipment.

We pride ourselves in being the most affordable shipping company in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

For our express air courier export service, delivery will be upto the recipient's doorstep. For our warehouse to port service and port to port services, delivery will only be upto the port which is why it is cheaper for bulk cargo at most times

Your supplier shipment will be shrink wrapped and fragile items will be bubble wrapped before shipping to ensure no breakage of fragile items e.g. glass, electronics

Packaging is provided free of charge for exports and at a price for imports. Wooden crates and pallets are charged depending on the size of the crate

Goods are also properly classified for proper handling by airlines and sea vessels

You will get access to real time tracking to ensure you know where your goods are at all times

We can handle as little as 0.5kg for both outbound and inbound shipments. Our minimum charge is at 0.5kg for our express air courier service and 1kg for consolidation air freight cargo import service

We accept payments using in all major currencies KES, UGX, TZS, USD, RMB, GBP & EURO

Yes. We will collect from your home address at a minimal additional cost depending on your location and the equipment needed. Boda, Small Car, Van, Light Truck or Heavy Truck

Sure. If you hand over 10 boxes for export you can pay for 2 and we will only ship out 2. We will offer you free storage for 14 days for the rest of the boxes.

For imports, we do not release cargo partially. Cargo will require full payment for release. We will not do partial release of goods
