We will pick up your goods from your home address in whichever town your are located in Kenya. We will confirm the weights and dimensions of your packages upon receiving your cargo at our Nairobi warehouse and share a bill for payment on whatsapp / email before dispatching them to your recipient abroad.

We will share a photo of the status of arrival of your cargo at our warehouse and share a photo of the final packaging before dispatch.

Free Packaging Service For Your Export Goods

We provide corrugated boxes, dunnage, bubble wrap and shrink wrap to pack your cargo free of charge.

We can provide crating services at an additional charge, as this involves the cost of materials (such as timber and plywood) and outsourced labour.

However, please note that wooden crating increases the overall weight and volume of the shipment, which may result in higher freight charges for air cargo

Carton Inspection

We will check your packaging conditions for any issues upon arrival and notify you if there are any damages. If you do not have any packaging, we will provide packaging free of charge.

We will automatically unpack your shipment upon receipt and take photos of each individual item.

Free Extra Packaging and Shoebox Removal

Many products come in large, unnecessary packaging. We can remove it for free, so you save further on shipping costs. We will only remove packaging when it does not pose any risk to the product safety; for example, shoes. We will not remove packaging from electronics or fragile items, as it may pose additional risk of damage to the item during shipping.
