Message Content: The text of your queries regarding shipping destinations, package weight, and cargo type.
2. How We Use Your Information We use this data strictly for the following purposes:
To generate accurate shipping quotes and estimates.
To facilitate pickup or drop-off scheduling.

3. Data Retention & Security (Important) We value your privacy. We do not store your chat history permanently.
Daily Deletion: All chat logs and message content stored in our processing database are permanently deleted every 24 hours.
Temporary Processing: Data is only held long enough to process your request and maintain the context of the immediate conversation.
4. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Data is processed securely via our internal systems.
